Directions from Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport (GPT)
Exit airport west on Airport Road toward Werby Way. Go right onto Hwy 49N for .6 miles. Enter I-10 E towards Biloxi – Mobile for approximately 35 miles. Take Hwy 63S to Exit 69, turn left onto Amoco Road. The Hampton Inn Moss Point will be on your left, next to the McDonalds.
Drive down Hwy 63S away from Amoco Road for the Comfort Inn Moss Point; the hotel is located on your right.

Directions from I-10 East or West
Take Exit 69-Hwy 63 and travel south towards Amoco Drive; the Comfort Inn Moss Point will be on your left. Turn left onto Amoco Road onto the service road. The Hampton Inn Moss Point Hotel is located between McDonald’s and Ruby Tuesday.

Directions from Hwy 90 East or West
Turn onto Hwy 63 going north approximately three miles to cross the high rise bridge. Turn right at the light on Amoco Road onto the service road. The Hampton Inn Moss Point Hotel will be on the right between McDonald’s and Ruby Tuesday.
